In-Game-Event: Opposite Weekend
Concept: Most guild wars skills have their effects reversed. In PvE, the chances of a rare item drop in chests, from loot, etc. are increased by 3 times. In PvP, there is double faction reward, and double title points reward.
Example of a reversed skill:
Comfort Animal: Damage your pet by 87 health. If your pet is still alive, it is damage further for 48% of its maximum health.
Orison of Healing: Damage your ally by 60 health.
Conjure phantasm: +5 health regeneration on target foe.
People only has the weekend to get used to these. But great chances of great rewards and loot.

People will always find ways. Put up symbiosis and if the opponents have enchantments their maximum health will be decreased. Wand war? You can still damage them with normal attacks, skills being reversed doesn't mean the whole system is reversed. People will find ways for sure ^^ to kill.

That would mean not playing for a whole weekend.
I guess if you just run chests, the skills the mobs use would actually benefit you.

I agree, most of the areas would become too easy, especially with spellcasters around and if there's a monk just watch them kill each other.

Meh, I still think it'd be awesome if carried out correctly. Anyways, what's wrong with the losing and failing? >_>, I didn't know this suggestion was to be part of some competition...

Interesting idea, but it is hell just thinking about how one would be incorprating it practically. Consequently it is not in favor by most people although I would love to see how well bots do on an opposite day!

Anyway, hillariously weird... but good god no. Besides, if regular attacks still did damage, warriors would be like the only good profession to use (finish of with a heal ring spike).
